No More Coffee Stains

Because I'm trying to cut down expenses, I started drinking tea again. No wonder coffee is so popular here, it's an insidious drug that reels you in and never lets go. I am experiencing migraines like I've never had before.

But tea is good, as Dr. Zhou keeps telling me. It's anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-oxidant, anti-everything. I could just feel the free radicals melting away as the green leaves unfurl in the hot water.

I'm understanding why tea is always served in Chinese restaurants, it cuts down the grease in the dishes. Even after I've had some fatty nourishment, soon after a cup of tea, my stomach rumbles again. Could it be a good accompaniment to low-fat dieting? That's alright, am on the immigrant diet, as long as I'm living in someone's basement and eating ramen noodles, figure-maintainece is the last thing I should worry about.

i was a coffee junkie (and not even classy coffee like starbucks in the states) until i took an objective look at myself with an extra-large coffee in my hand.

i find green tea clears your palate for different food - i know that is not its purpose. and when i was trying out dexatrim (a long-time appetite-suppressing pill), i learned they add green tea extract to it and websites say to forget the pill ($0.33 each) and just drink about three to four cups of green tea. you're right, it's anti-everything, i think it speeds up your metabolism a bit and it certainly suppresses your appetite efficiently!

Why don't you try green tea with honey? Just one teaspoonful makes it gorgeous.
